Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed by The Natural Blanket Company and manufactured in Britain Isles in collaboration with our weaving partners. Using purely natural fibres from sustainable sources and woven using traditional methods.
Where can I see your product?
You can visit us at events all across the country. A full list can be found on our website. At the Natural Blanket Company, we feel it is really important for us to connect with supportive customers.
Does the size include the fringe?
Yes, the size of our wool blankets includes the fringe; which is about 8cm.
What size is best for my bed?
Bed sizes can vary so it is best to measure allowing for some over hand. For a more accurate guide look at our size guide at the bottom of the home Page or follow the link.

Our artisan weaved blankets & throws are usually in stock – if reads on back order please allow 2-4 weeks – we will email you with a current update on delivery.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and Google Pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard Free UK delivery takes 2-5 working days. There is the option to choose Next Day Delivery.
European orders can take 3-5 working days.
International orders outside of Europe can take anything from 3-14 working days depending on your location. So please place your order allowing plenty of time.
Can I amend my order?
Our warehouse team is very quick at fulfilling orders once they have been placed. Please check your confirmation as soon as you have placed your order and if you have any changes then please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee the changes will be made but we will do our very best.
Can I return my blanket?
Goods must be returned in their original condition and unused with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. For further information go to our returns policy at the foot of the Home page or follow the link.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
As we are only human sometimes mistakes happen. If you have received your order and there is something not quite right, then please let us know right away so we can rectify it. You can email us at email@example.com or call the team on 01225 312060.
Can I track my order?
You will be sent a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship world-wide?
Yes, we do, shipping is calculated at the checkout once your address is added.
How much will it cost for shipping?
We offer free UK mainland shipping.
Each order is calculated by the weight and destination, this is calculated at the checkout.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes, you can and we can include your gift message within the order and ensure there are no prices included.
